  • To assist in preparation for the yearly external audits for Integrated Management System.
  • To assist in compiling reports and feedback from TQCHESS Site Team members.
  • To assist to drafting correspondence, reports, or other document for review or official signature
  • To assist in preparing awareness/ promotion programs for TQCHESS eg. Newsletters, Quizzes, Suggestion for Improvements, etc.
  • To assist in revising (updating) the forms/procedures for Integrated Management System (Change Control Form, controlling and assigning reference number, distribution of newly revised forms/procedures, keeping the obsolete copy, filing, etc).

  • To conduct research on training offer by reputable ISO & OHSAS consultant and regulatory bodies and make recommendation to the QHSSE Manager and Management Representative)
  • Conversant towards raising and issuance of Observation report (OR), Corrective & Preventive Action Reports (CAR/ PAR) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) upon having identified a process or procedural breach against the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001
  • To ensure timely closeout of all Observation Report (OR), Corrective & Preventive Action Reports (CAR/PAR) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) with justification (documented evidence) in-order to substantiate a valid closeout on shortcomings identified.
Requirement
  • Degree/ MSc in Engineering (Project / Construction Management)
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in ISO9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 which have track record & serious commitment towards Quality, Environment & Safety auditing practices.
